Trying to look confident 

In the equestrian world, riders often feel pressure to look brave and confident all the time. That pressure can make people push themselves too far just to avoid looking weak or incapable.
How often do riders fake confidence to fit in?

Feeling left behind 

Watching others succeed online can make riders feel stuck or behind in their own progress. Fear builds, frustration grows, and that pressure can quickly turn into anger at ourselves.
Does social media make riders feel like they’re not progressing fast enough?

Bad falls & experiences

A bad fall or difficult horse can completely knock confidence, yet many riders blame themselves straight away. Different horses and experiences affect everyone differently — it doesn’t always mean you’re the problem.
Why are riders so quick to blame themselves after setbacks?

What I think ? ...

Sometimes riders become so focused on just getting through a ride without crying or getting off that they forget to actually enjoy it. The pressure to perform can take away the fun that made us love horses in the first place.
How can riders bring the enjoyment back into the sport?
